Finally got an overseas photography assignment. My first job out of Malaysia was to be in the city of Taipeh, Taiwan.

Read and saw the Taipei 101 skyscraper in magazines and on TV, and now, saw it with my own eyes.

Taiwan is a beautiful place with arts and culture at every turn. At every turn, I felt the presence of a half Taiwanese girl named Zi Syan.

The Martyrs Shrine.

The hourly changing of guards at Martyr's Shrine. Visitors to Taipei should see this at least once.

Impressive standard actions.

Dragons are everywhere.

Walking into the Grand Hotel's lobby is like walking into a king's palace.
